New Residents

Welcome new residents! We hope you love Cardiff Ranch as much as we do. We're a tight-knit community and we're glad to have you as one of us. To help you get settled into the neighborhood, here are a couple of things we recommend you do:

Meet your neighbors

Getting to know your neighbors is not only important socially but also a great way to learn about the neighborhood, the people that live here, and to stay safe.

Attend a social event

Why stop at your immediate neighbors? Take a look at the events calendar and come by to socialize and get to know the rest of us. We're a fun bunch and love to get to know our new neighbors.

Join the Nextdoor group for Cardiff Ranch.

Nextdoor is a website and app you can download to your phone that allows you to keep up with what's going, ask questions, buy/sell things, and get to know people. But do note! Nextdoor is not in any way affiliated with Cardiff Ranch except that many of our residents are active there. The content there is not controlled or moderated by Cardiff Ranch.

Attend a Neighborhood Roundtable or Board Meeting

Not only is it a good way to meeting your neighbors, you get to learn about what's going on and give input into the future plans.

Get yourself registered at the clubhouse

Need access to the fitness room or swimming pool? Want to get communications from the management company with important information? Come to the clubhouse (when its open...see hours) and get yourself registered. It will also allow you to get registered to this website as register and give you access to the residents only features.

Register on the CiraNet Resident Portal

The CiraNet Resident Portal is how you will pay your dues, look up community documents, and see information regarding violations. If you need any assistance logging in to your account, you can call Resident Services at 1 (866) 473-2573 for help.

CC&R Violation Enforcement

PLEASE BE AWARE: The HOA and property management may have the right to levy fines when warranted on violations that do not conform to the Cardiff Ranch CCRs

  • All yards must be mowed on a regular basis. Yards that fall outside the appropriate length may be subject to a "force mow" at the homeowner's expense.
  • Visible weeds in flower and tree beds must be removed. Many residents have failed to maintain and the HOA has been made aware of these violations.
  • Homes must be clear of any visible mold/mildew.
  • Trash cans should not be set out until 7:00pm the day before trash collection. All trash and recycle cans must be collected and stored on the same day as trash day.
  • Only approved landscape edging noted in the neighborhood CC&R is allowed. Concrete scallops ARE NOT ALLOWED. Letters have been sent to those homes in violation. Failure to remove may result in future fines.
  • No parking on the street overnight. Only acceptable when residents have family/friends in town and there is no available space in driveways. In the event a vehicle needs to be parked on the street, that vehicle must be parked in the same direction as traffic.

All trash and recycling MUST be placed in a receptacle and may not be in a loose bag.
